Retired Govt Employees: Fixed monthly amount based on DoE OM 3-25/2020-E.IIIA Retired under NPS: Fixed monthly remuneration after 30% deduction from last basic pay. From PSBs/PSUs: Consolidated Rs. 100,000/- monthly. No increments, DA, or other allowances. |

| Selection Process |
Personal interview/topic discussion. Shortlisted candidates only invited. No TA/DA for interview. Final decision is departmental and binding. |

Regular Govt office hours. No extra pay for overtime/holidays; Compensatory leave at department discretion. Leave entitlement: 1.5 days/month, no carry-forward. Attendance mandatory on BAS. |

| Confidentiality & Conduct |
Bound by Official Secrets Act 1923. No representation/advice against department interests during or 2 years post-tenure. Contract termination with 30-day notice for various causes. Jurisdiction: Delhi courts only. |
